Welcome to your Application for the Women’s Leadership Incubator!
The application will help us get to know you and your aspirations for participating in the Women’s Leadership Incubator. It also provides space for you to indicate your tuition and financial needs.
It will take approximately 15 minutes of your time.
APPLICATIONS FOR THIS COHORT ARE DUE BY JANUARY 28, 2022.
Once you complete the application, you will be directed to a link to sign up for a 15-minute follow-up conversation with Amanda.
The Incubator will begin February 10 and meet on Thursdays over 12 weeks. Alternate weeks are devoted to taking action, reflection and practice. Exact time of day to be determined based on the group’s preference. Before you apply, we ask that you check your calendar for possible conflicts. We ask that if you are accepted into the program, you make the commitment to attend at least 5 of the 6 LIVE sessions.
Week 1 - 2/10/22: LIVE Kickoff Session 1 – 2 hours
Weeks 2 & 3 - 2/14 - 2:24: LIVE Individual coaching sessions & practice.
Week 4 -3/3: LIVE Session 2 – 1.5 hours
Week 5 - : Practice week
Week 6 - 3/17: LIVE Session 3 – 1.5 hours
Week 7: Practice week
Week 8 - 3/31: LIVE Session 4 – 1.5 hours
Week 9: Practice week
Week 10 - 4/21: LIVE Session 5 – 1.5 hours
Week 11: Practice week
Week 12 - 5/5: LIVE Closing Session – 2 hours

Your Commitment: This program requires a deep commitment, both to yourself and to the rest of your cohort community. For the three months that we work together, you will be asked to set aside a REGULAR minimum commitment of 2 hours/week in support of your leadership development and goals. If accepted, how do you plan to do this?

I/my organization has significant systemic financial constraint and will pay a discounted rate of $1799.
